Terms of use

Effective date: August 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of launchflowdigital.com. They are not the agreement for a website build. That is a separate document you sign before any work starts.

Using this site

Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it in bulk, gain access to anything not made public, or use it to send anything unlawful, misleading or infringing.

Our content

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to LaunchFlow Digital, LLC or are used under license. You may read and share pages. You may not copy the site, its structure or its content for your own commercial use.

What you send us

If you send us anything through this site, including form submissions, questionnaire answers, logos, photographs or documents, you confirm that you have the right to send it and the right for us to use it to provide the service. If it contains someone else’s work or a photograph of an identifiable person, that is your responsibility to have cleared.

We may use what you send to run and improve the service. We do not use a named or identifying reference to a specific person or business in our own marketing without that person’s permission first.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or accessibility compliance advice. We build websites. Where we describe a standard such as WCAG 2.2 AA, we are describing what we build and test against, not certifying your legal position. No such certification exists.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are an invitation to enquire, not an offer. A price becomes binding when it appears in a written order we both accept.

No warranty for this site

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, LaunchFlow Digital, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability arising from this site is limited to one hundred dollars. This does not limit anything in a signed client agreement, which has its own terms.

Governing law

Oregon law governs these terms. Any dispute about this site is brought in the state or federal courts serving Oregon.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one posted here, with its effective date.
